However, we understand that sometimes a costume or accessory might not meet your ghoulish expectations. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to keep the Halloween spirit alive!
1. Return & Exchange Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Scary Clown Makeup
- Scary Halloween Makeup
- Scary Masks (if opened or used)
- Scary Clown Masks (if opened or used)
These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be shipped out.
3. Refund Timelines and Methods
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or product, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
