Here’s everything you need to know about getting your ghoulish gear and what to do if something isn’t quite right.
1. Shipping Information
We ship our spine-chilling costumes and accessories globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas).
Order Processing Time
We need 1-2 business days to conjure up your order from our haunted warehouse and prepare it for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We offer two ways to get your orders delivered:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95
Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Delivers within 10-15 business days after shipment. - Free Shipping:
Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
Delivers within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing. Orders to remote locations may experience additional delays.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy Overview
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving the item.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our monstrous customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been opened or used:
- Scary Clown Makeup
- Scary Halloween Makeup
- Scary Masks (if opened or used)
- Scary Clown Masks (if opened or used)
These items are final sale to ensure everyone’s safety and hygiene.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN inside, and ship it to the address provided below. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be shipped out.

4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or product, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
