Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, Scary Clown Makeup, Scary Halloween Makeup, Scary Masks, and Scary Clown Masks are final sale if opened or used.
  • Process: Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Processed after return approval. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment unless the exchange is due to our error.
